Our Customer Dashboard enables uncomplicated administration. Parking authorizations can be stored here permanently or temporarily for long-term parkers, employees or suppliers so that they are excluded from the applicable parking regulations.

It can be individually determined whether the applicable maximum parking time should also be applied to the use of the EV charging stations. Alternatively, Wemolo offers a free extension of the parking time via QR code for drivers of electric vehicles.

If the maximum parking time is exceeded in an unpaid parking space or the parking space is left without payment in a paid parking space, Wemolo's internal receivables management system comes into effect. The owner of the vehicle is then charged a contractual penalty via an owner query at the Federal Motor Transport Authority (KBA). In this way, Wemolo ensures that parking regulations are adhered to and parking fees are paid.

The integration of Wemolo Booking does not involve any additional work for you, as we take care of both commissioning and on-site support.

When renting a parking space via Wemolo Booking , there is no strict minimum or maximum duration. Landlords have the flexibility to set the rental period for their parking space separately. This makes it possible to set up both short-term (from 1h) and long-term (from 1 day) rental relationships. However, it is advisable to define clear conditions regarding the rental period in the written rental agreement in order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a good rental relationship.

Yes, as a landlord you can set the prices for your parking spaces individually. Wemolo Booking allows landlords to set their own parking fees based on factors such as location, availability and type of rental (e.g. underground parking space or parking space in a company parking lot).

If a tenant uses the parking space without paying the agreed parking fees or occupies it for longer than specified in the rental agreement, Wemolo Booking provides for certain measures to support landlords. If the tenant does not vacate the parking space at the end of the rental period, it may be necessary to take legal action to recover outstanding payments or terminate the use of the parking space.

License plate recognition uses cameras and software to accurately capture vehicle plates, identifying vehicles entering and exiting and monitoring their parking duration.
