The Neutor Galerie suffered from high costs, high-maintenance technology and a lack of transparency in parking space management. The barrier system, which was over 10 years old, was constantly breaking down and causing considerable operating and maintenance costs. Faulty automatic pay stations without card payment options led to frustration among customers and impaired the shopping experience. In addition, the parking garage remained a black box for the center management: without precise data on parking usage, it was impossible to efficiently control parking management or carry out targeted marketing measures. A fundamentally new solution was urgently needed.
With the digital solution from Wemolo, Neutor Galerie was able to overcome the high maintenance costs and lack of transparency. The camera-based system offers a cost-effective alternative to the barrier system and provides valuable data for planning and marketing.

40% of users pay quickly and conveniently by card at the pay station or online up to 24 hours after leaving. Customers of the fitness studio can easily discount their parking time using a QR code. The more than 160 long-term parkers book and manage their parking space digitally via the Wemolo booking platform. The high-resolution entry and exit screens greet customers in a friendly manner and politely remind them of outstanding parking fees.

The hardware required for parking space management remains the property of Wemolo GmbH for the duration of the contract and is therefore not purchased by you. Wemolo is responsible for the reliable operation of the hardware.
Wemolo can find a solution for almost any parking space. In a non-binding consultation, we will be happy to show you what needs to be considered in your parking area. In principle, clearly recognizable entrances and exits, a power connection (230V) and good data reception (LTE/5G) are advantageous.
The license plate scanners are installed near the driveway. The exact position varies from location to location. Our license plate scanners have a range of up to 100m and can scan a width of approx. 12m. They can therefore be mounted on facades, lamp posts or roofs.
Third-party and long-term parkers who park their vehicles without authorization are detected by our system and automatically receive a penalty notice.
General terms and conditions and information signs are installed in every parking space to draw attention to the fact that this is a customer parking space with a corresponding maximum parking time. The corresponding contractual penalty for non-compliance is also clearly visible. In paid parking areas, these signs are supplemented by others that explain the parking process using the digital system. The signs are large and clearly visible at the entrances and exits and in the parking area. Vehicle owners agree to the T&Cs by driving into the parking lot.
Our digital parking space surveillance uses electronic means to monitor your parking spaces. Cameras use AI-based software to reliably record the license plates of all vehicles - without the need for a barrier.
The use of digital systems makes it possible to optimize parking times. The use of parking spaces is made efficient with the help of parking time limits and long parking times are avoided. The parking time limitation takes place in consultation with your individual needs at your location.
