The technical equipment includes four license plate scanners that ensure precise recording of entries and exits, a modern pay station with various payment options and an exit screen that provides visitors with clear confirmation of their parking transaction. This combination of advanced technology and intuitive user guidance guarantees an efficient and pleasant parking process.
A particular highlight of the system is its visitor-friendliness: the exit screen provides additional transparency by confirming all formalities before exiting. This minimizes uncertainty and improves the overall experience for patients and visitors. In addition, payment processing is fully automated, which significantly reduces the hospital's administrative workload. Another advantage is the inclusivity of repair costs: all maintenance work is included in the monthly fee, which avoids unforeseen financial burdens and creates long-term planning security. Wemolo can find a solution for almost any parking space. In a non-binding consultation, we will be happy to show you what needs to be considered in your parking area. In principle, clearly recognizable entrances and exits, a power connection (230V) and good data reception (LTE/5G) are advantageous.
The license plate scanners are installed near the driveway. The exact position varies from location to location. Our license plate scanners have a range of up to 100m and can scan a width of approx. 12m. They can therefore be mounted on facades, lamp posts or roofs.
Third-party and long-term parkers who park their vehicles without authorization are detected by our system and automatically receive a penalty notice.
General terms and conditions and information signs are installed in every parking space to draw attention to the fact that this is a customer parking space with a corresponding maximum parking time. The corresponding contractual penalty for non-compliance is also clearly visible. In paid parking areas, these signs are supplemented by others that explain the parking process using the digital system. The signs are large and clearly visible at the entrances and exits and in the parking area. Vehicle owners agree to the T&Cs by driving into the parking lot.
Our digital parking space surveillance uses electronic means to monitor your parking spaces. Cameras use AI-based software to reliably record the license plates of all vehicles - without the need for a barrier.
The use of digital systems makes it possible to optimize parking times. The use of parking spaces is made efficient with the help of parking time limits and long parking times are avoided. The parking time limitation takes place in consultation with your individual needs at your location.
