Before working with Wemolo, parking at MPREIS locations was monitored by ticket inspectors and parking disks. These systems were not only maintenance-intensive, but also led to dissatisfied customers due to bottlenecks and high administrative costs. Particularly at peak times, it was often difficult to provide enough parking spaces for real customers. A customer-friendly, efficient and sustainable solution was urgently needed.

Camera-based parking space monitoring
State-of-the-art license plate scanners record all vehicles entering and leaving the parkingspaces around the clock. The parking time is calculated automatically, which has reduced third-party use of the parking spaces by up to 73%. This increase in efficiency leads to more available space for genuine MPREIS customers.
Digital parking space management
Location managers and co-tenants can manage and extend parking authorizations via an intuitive customer portal. For example, bakeries can give their customers additional parking time via QR codes. This functionality minimizes administrative effort and promotes flexibility.
Data analysis for strategic decisions
MPREIS employees have access to data protection-compliant analyses of parking space usage via the Wemolo web portal. These provide insights into usage patterns, e.g. peak times or the proportion of e-vehicles, and support decisions such as the expansion of charging stations.
Rental of free parking spaces
The Wemolo booking platform makes efficient use of free parking spaces. Parking spaces can be rented out specifically outside opening hours or overnight, which generates additional income and optimizes the use of resources.

The hardware required for parking space management remains the property of Wemolo GmbH for the duration of the contract and is therefore not purchased by you. Wemolo is responsible for the reliable operation of the hardware.
Wemolo can find a solution for almost any parking space. In a non-binding consultation, we will be happy to show you what needs to be considered in your parking area. In principle, clearly recognizable entrances and exits, a power connection (230V) and good data reception (LTE/5G) are advantageous.
The license plate scanners are installed near the driveway. The exact position varies from location to location. Our license plate scanners have a range of up to 100m and can scan a width of approx. 12m. They can therefore be mounted on facades, lamp posts or roofs.
Third-party and long-term parkers who park their vehicles without authorization are detected by our system and automatically receive a penalty notice.
General terms and conditions and information signs are installed in every parking space to draw attention to the fact that this is a customer parking space with a corresponding maximum parking time. The corresponding contractual penalty for non-compliance is also clearly visible. In paid parking areas, these signs are supplemented by others that explain the parking process using the digital system. The signs are large and clearly visible at the entrances and exits and in the parking area. Vehicle owners agree to the T&Cs by driving into the parking lot.
Our digital parking space surveillance uses electronic means to monitor your parking spaces. Cameras use AI-based software to reliably record the license plates of all vehicles - without the need for a barrier.
The use of digital systems makes it possible to optimize parking times. The use of parking spaces is made efficient with the help of parking time limits and long parking times are avoided. The parking time limitation takes place in consultation with your individual needs at your location.
